Rhodochrosite is one of my all time favorites. Holding or wearing a piece of rhodochrosite is like giving yourself a giant hug.
Like most (if not all) red and pink stones, it is a stone of love. This particular beauty, though, encourages self-love, especially when you’re trying to process or forgive yourself for something that happened in the past. Rhodochrosite works to clear the stuck energy you may have around these past events - even back to childhood.
Rhodochrosite reminds me to be gentle and loving with myself throughout the day. The beautiful thing about loving yourself more is that love spills over onto everyone you come in contact with - especially your family and closest friends. They will bask in the loving bubble of energy that surrounds you while wearing this stone!
Affirmation: I am surrounded by divine love, giving me the foundation and space to release what no longer serves me and to love myself deeply.
